Full payment is required at the time of purchase. All prices are stated in GBP. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details.

In summary, you may cancel and receive a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided no element of the service has been delivered to you. Once delivery has commenced, refunds are not available for the delivered portion of the service.
Where a service includes an interview guarantee, this applies subject to the eligibility criteria confirmed at the time of purchase. My Project Interview Limited reserves the right to assess eligibility and determine whether the guarantee terms have been met.
The guarantee covers securing confirmed interview invitations and does not guarantee a job offer, as hiring decisions are made solely by the employing organisation.
