Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our Services

My Project Interview Limited provides a range of career support services including document preparation, one-to-one coaching sessions, live classes, and access to recordings and digital resources. Each service or programme may include a combination of these elements.

When You Can Cancel

Work begins immediately upon receipt of payment. You may cancel your purchase and receive a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, provided that none of the following have occurred:

If none of the above have taken place, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No questions asked.

Once Delivery Has Begun

If any of the conditions above have occurred, the relevant portion of the service is considered delivered and is non-refundable. This reflects the nature of our done-for-you service model, where significant work is undertaken on your behalf from the moment of purchase.

Where only part of a service has been delivered, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion. Please contact us to discuss your circumstances.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, email us at admin@myprojectinterview.com within 14 days of your purchase date. Please include your full name and order details in your message.

We aim to respond to all cancellation requests within 2 business days.

Your Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
